Founded on Leadership & Experience

Main Street Connect was established by Rick Troutman, a Southeast Kansas professional with a background in law enforcement and small business ownership.

After serving 11.5 years in law enforcement and operating multiple businesses — including retail and construction — Rick saw firsthand the challenges rural businesses face when trying to find dependable partners and qualified opportunities.

Main Street Connect was built to solve that problem through structure, accountability, and intentional connection.
